Recipe Review

So the Monday before last I was all about Kitchen Pinspiration. I left you at the end with a link and a recipe for sweet and sour chicken. I don't typically come back and review a dish I mentioned in passing, BUTYOUNEEDTOMAKETHISONERIGHTNOWK?

The sauce is SO easy to make. And now that I have apple cider vinegar, I will have the ingredients to make it whenever I want. It is SO SO super good. I made my fried rice and egg roll with this and UHMGGGGG. I might name it that in our house. Mekius loved it. I LOVE cooking 'Chinese' and I always have trouble with the meat/breading/sauce. This NAILED it. It *IS* super sugary, so I can't eat too much of it, and not often. But good golly. IT IS AMAZING!

  2. Oh, I think I'll be trying this recipe very soon. My husband refuses to eat Chinese food. I have missed it so much since I can only eat it on the rare occasion that he's not home; it's been close to a year since I've last had it. However, he's always said that if I can cook it, he'll try it.

    I think it's time to make him live up to his promise.
