Deliciousness overload.

We must have balance in all things, which means even when you're trying to eat better and work out, sometimes you still need some dang cookies.

These are my tiny donation to a bake sale for
for a team raising money for relay for life.

I would marry this cookie if I could. Cranberry white chocolate chip cookies. UHMAZING. There are all kind of interesting cookie combinations out there and I feel like I get left behind a lot because as someone is finishing the recipe, they decide, HEY let's throw in half a cup of nuts, because we want to make allergic people SUPER SAD.  That is exactly how that conversation goes. To themselves. Just like me on here.....

Bueller?       Bueller?

Anyyyyyyywaaays.  Recipe follows

1.5 C flour
.5 t baking soda
.5 t salt
.5 C unsalted butter, room temp
.5 C packed brown sugar
.5 C white sugar
1 large egg
2 t vanilla
.75 C dried cranberries
.75 C white chips
.5 C macadamia pieces (omitted. obviously.)

Preheat oven to 350. Mix dry ingredients. Cream together remaining ingredients minus chips and cranberries until fluffy. Slowly mix in dry ingredients. Fold cranberries and chips in gently until well blended. Roll dough into 1-1.5 inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Moosh* down gently. Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown. Try not to eat all of the immediately**

There ya go! A couple notes...
*This is a technical cooking term straight from the kitchen of crazy house housewife supermom/penelope/fluffimama/zombiemom/whoeverthehelliam now
**This note here makes this recipe a difficulty level of supreme overlord. I ate two, and they're for charity :O

So...I'm thinking of doing a giveaway, but I'm convinced 99% of you are BOTS. So let's do an experiment. If you're NOT a bot, post a comment with your FAVORITE cookie combination, only rule...no NUTS.  In the cookies, that is :D

If you ARE a bot, please leave me a comment telling me 'These aren't the droids you're looking for.' AND GO!
